Vendoo Cross-Listing Profit Calculator

Updated June 2026 · Mercari, Depop, Poshmark, Etsy live · eBay coming soon
One listing, pushed to every marketplace you sell on — no manual re-entry, with inventory sync to avoid double-selling.
Why sellers cross-list with Vendoo
The numbers above show what each platform pays out on its own — cross-listing doesn't change any platform's fees. What it changes is how much manual work it takes to actually list on more than one of them.
- One listing, multiple marketplaces. Create the listing once in Vendoo and push it to Mercari, Depop, Poshmark, eBay, and more, instead of re-typing titles, descriptions, and photos into each app.
- Inventory sync. When an item sells on one platform, Vendoo can help delist it elsewhere so you don't end up selling the same item to two buyers.
- Time, not fees, is what you're optimizing. If listing on all four platforms above would take you an hour per item manually, and Vendoo cuts that to a few minutes, the math to evaluate is time saved versus subscription cost — not a fee discount.
If you're only listing a handful of items a month, manual listing might still be fine. If you're listing dozens of items regularly, the time saved tends to add up fast.

Vendoo cross-listing FAQ
What is Vendoo and how is it different from listing manually?
Vendoo is a cross-listing tool. You create one listing with photos, price, and description, and Vendoo pushes it to Mercari, Depop, Poshmark, eBay, and other marketplaces at once, instead of you re-typing the same listing into each app. It also helps track inventory so you don't accidentally sell the same item on two platforms at once.
Does cross-listing change the fees I pay on each platform?
No. Each platform still charges its own standard seller fees on a sale made through that platform — cross-listing tools don't change marketplace fee structures, they only reduce the manual work of creating and managing listings across multiple places.
Which platforms does this calculator compare?
Mercari, Depop, Poshmark, and Etsy are live now, using each platform's standard default fee rates. eBay will be added once its dedicated calculator is built.
Is cross-listing worth it if I only sell occasionally?
It depends on volume. If you're listing a handful of items a month, the time saved by cross-listing may be small relative to a subscription cost. Sellers listing dozens of items regularly tend to see the most value, since the time saved compounds with every item.
